You Surely Must like The Sound Of Your Own Voice

You surely must like the sound of your own voice
You who tell us that everyone does have a choice
To make their lives better to yourselves you lie
In a World where millions are born of hunger to die
Your thinking born of arrogance for it does seem to me
That only a living Saint would embrace poverty
And in a World where many are hungry and homeless for every millionaire
The living Saints it would seem rarer than rare
In a World where millions of alms are in need
To have freedom of choice you are lucky indeed
When you talk of free choice for everyone you have got it all wrong
To only a minority such a thing belong
And it hardly does apply in any sort of a way
To the people who are dying of hunger every day.
