One Well Worth Knowing

If the spirit of the fair go for all you do embrace
And if for kindness, love and compassion in your heart there is a place
You are surely one worth knowing good in you not hard to find
And you are doing your own bit one can say for the betterment of Humankind.

If you refuse to be judgemental and never put others down
Then you surely are an asset to your part of the town
People like you are under-rated more of your type we do need
For the karma that will be your's you have planted the good seed.

You are one who helps out others people poor and frail and old
But stories of your good and caring nature you do not wish to be told
Financially not well off but in spirit you are great
To the town you are an asset and a credit to the State.

You help the poor and needy out of kindness not for pay
And you remain the unsung hero but you do like it that way
You are a credit to your neighbourhood one like you not on every street
And you are one well worth knowing and one who is nice to meet
