Perhaps you cannot boast of battles fought and won
But as long as you never have harmed anyone
And to your higher self you remain ever true
Then only good karma in life you are due
Material things never prove of the person you are
Not everyone can drive in a brand new car
Not everyone can become a millionaire
Though truly good people have never been rare
Your name may never be written on the wall of fame
And you may never have huge sums of money to your name
But you have a generous spirit and to others you are kind
And better than you are would be hard to find
You may not be one others do celebrate
But by your good deeds good karma you create.
