The Deceitful Man

If some man should say to you
That he doesn't simply give a chew
For riches or immortal fame
Then I would like to know his name?

Human beings like making money
As much as bees like making honey
But there is a difference you must agree
Between the human and honey bee.

The pop singer who has won fame
Whose songs have set the world aflame
Of him each young maid's thoughts are same
Their clamour rise for this man's name.

The aristocrat gives the law no heeding
A police man catches him for speeding
But he pulls his large wad of notes from his pocket
And the Police-man he quickly scraps the docket.

Now if some man should say to me
That money to live is not necessary
Then I would answer him and say
How do you live anyway?.

Maybe he lives on the breeze
Or like a squirrel midst the trees
Nay this man with his words deceive
But a fool his words would not believe
