The Goddess of poesy of earth, wind and fire
And of love and of passion the poets she inspire
To write things of beauty for others to read
For their inspiration 'tis she plants the seed,
The songs of the birds that carry in the breeze
And the light of the sun on the leaves of the trees
The daughter of Mother Nature the Goddess of Poetry
No mortal ever born as mysterious as she,
The great poets about her are inspired to write
Yet none can lay claim to have known her by sight,
The poets like the Seasons they come and they go
But for longer than the river to the great ocean flow
The Goddess of Poesy is destined to live on
And she will be around when all others are gone.
