It is said everyone has a life story to tell
Though so many in life go through their Earthly Hell
You've got a great job a new home and new car
A beautiful wife and healthy children how lucky you are.
Yet despite your good fortune you see fit to complain
The economic downturn has not been to your gain
Your investment shares less valuable than this time last year
Yet you will not die of hunger to me it would appear.
The economy will improve that much we do know
And the value of your shares will steadily grow
Whilst millions will still live homeless and hungry and on the brink of despair
For many far too many life seems so unfair.
Born and raised in the wealthy suburb life has been good to you
But much always wants more happens to be true
In the economic depression your share values did fall
But compared to many your problems seem small.
