For to become billionaires is their life's desire
But so little about them that one can admire
Driven by their need to financially succeed
Their God is money those addicted to greed
For to build a factory in the industrial side of the town
In the wood where the birds sang they cut the trees down
The beauty in Nature they do not seem to see
To them a bird just a bird and a tree just a tree
But for what we do to Nature future generations must pay
What goes around comes around life is that way
Natural habitat destruction by humans to extinction for wildlife does lead
Yet of such in newspapers we seldom do read
The people I know of but do not wish to know
Seem to fail to realize we must reap what we sow.
