People have climbed to the summit of Mt Everest and walked to the North and the South Pole
And though they lived to bask in their glory time of them did take toll
And people have sailed the seven seas and walked upon the moon
And that people may go to live on other Planets may even happen soon.

People have swam from shore to shore across the treacherous sea
And people have sailed alone around the World Displaying outmost bravery
For human beings no challenge seems too great and human achievements too many to recall
But time takes care of everyone and death is for us all.

Us humans have come far in technology since our ancestors came down from the trees
Some more successful than others by varying degrees
And unchallenged at the top of the pecking order is undoubtedly human kind
Though physical immortality is beyond the scope of the human mind.

This is a simple fact of life and facts do never lie
For human beings like all other life forms are born for to die
We may go to live on another Planet but the Reaper will find us there
Wherever life goes death will follow and that is to anywhere.
