If She Was A Man

She does feel that she is a marvellous poet
And though a small group does see her as one worthy of note
Her verses the decades of time will not span
She would be called cocky if she was a man
She looks on some other writers as lacking in skill
Or not very clever or over the hill
For anyone that does seem quite a big call
But like 'tis said pride can come before a fall
That not to judge others harshly in public the point she does miss
But then suppose ignorance to her type will always be bliss
One with life experience she should have more sense
Than deliberately trying to cause others offense
In her self opinionated judgements she goes that bit too far
But like 'tis said of us we are what we are.
