Just Live For The Present

Forget about tomorrow just live for today
Why wish yourself older the clock ticks away
Tomorrow will come and yesterday is gone
Just live for the moment and keep keeping on.

To all of you who bother to read this rhyme
Tomorrow it will come in it's own good time
And for anyone time never does seem to wait
And on each of us there is a use by date.

Just live for the moment that is all one can do
Come tomorrow today will be the past for you
And who knows what tomorrow is going to bring
So many of us may have lived our last Spring.

Just live for the present that is your best bet
And though the past we are never likely to forget
The past it is gone like last Winter's snow
And what the future holds for us we are not meant to know.

Just live in the present tomorrow will come
Though not for everybody but surely for some
Time it will not wait for you and it will not wait for i
And the longer we live the sooner we will die.
