He goes around in shabby looking clothes
And he doesn't have a penny to his name
He has no friends nor neither has he foes
But he feels very happy just the same.
He's known as 'Santa' to the kids of town
They look on him as someone kind though weird
He buys them candy every pension day
Old Johnny O of snow white hair and beard.
But is he not happier than 'Jim the big'
A big businessman and a known millionaire
An unhappy man he knows well how to hoard
But he has yet to learn how to share.
The local kids don't spare a thought for Jim
To them he's just a man who drives big car
You ask them 'Jim or Johnny' who is best?
They'll tell you Johnny O the best by far.
One high in social rank a millionaire
And the other very poor financially
One know how to hoard the other how to share
And of any cares or worries one is free.
